Delivery of Orders

The delivery address used for the shipment of your order is the exact details supplied by you, the customer. In some instances if the address is not correctly labelled delays may occur. This may result in longer delivery times - up to 3 weeks or more in some instances, so please ensure your details given to us are correct.

New Zealand Deliveries

Deliveries generally take about 3 working days to any part of New Zealand and 4 to 14 working days to any other part of the world. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination may randomly delay the delivery of an order for up to 8 weeks as a security measure. This applies to a very, very small percentage of orders shipped and is out of Pure Wellbeing's control. Furthermore, if no one is home for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply.

Freight Increase:

We have experienced large increases in courier fees.

All orders NZ$200 and over posted to any address in New Zealand are freight free..

For orders under NZ$200:

- urban address in the North Island: NZ$7.50
- rural address in the North Island: NZ$17.50
- urban address in the South Island: NZ$10.00
- rural or address outside out of the main centres in the South Island: NZ$17.50

Overseas Deliveries

unless you make other arrangements with us, we will contact you prior to shipping your order to inform you of available shipping options & costs and you will need to confirm the shipping method and that you are happy to pay that cost prior to despatch.

All orders are processed as soon as possible. We will inform you of the estimated time of delivery after we have received your order if there will be a delay in delivery.
