The facilitators are Michael & Jules who have been enjoying teaching about raw foods for over six years.
All food is vegan - meaning no dairy, no poultry, no eggs, no fish or other animal products.
All food is organic.
The food is not heated above 45 degrees Celcius.
You will receive handouts and recipes to take away with you.
